--h/o cong TEF. 8yr h/o throat clearing, cough, post nasal drip sensation, worse in AM. Laryngoscopy - WNL except poss. mild post. laryngeal inflammation.
Plan. Reassurance, emperic treatment of poss LPR, incl. PPI qPM, and anti-reflux diet. Call in 1 month, RTC 2 - 3 months
